The wine bar will offer over 100 wines from all the regions in Italy and around the world, hand-selected by owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato. The wine list will feature a diverse range of varietals from the most renowned wineries scattered across the 1,200 kilometers of the Italian landscape. Each menu item has a wine pairing and journey specifically designed and selected by Serafina’s owners and master sommelier, Alessandra Rotondi.
The founders of Serafina Restaurant Group, Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato, aim to provide and experience in indulging in high-quality wines at an accessible price. “Regardless of if you are a wine novice or an expert sommelier, you will find it very easy to navigate our pairing explanations,” said Fabio Granato.
