Curated Wine Selection

The wine bar will offer over 100 wines from all the regions in Italy and around the world, hand-selected by owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato. The wine list will feature a diverse range of varietals from the most renowned wineries scattered across the 1,200 kilometers of the Italian landscape. Each menu item has a wine pairing and journey specifically designed and selected by Serafina’s owners and master sommelier, Alessandra Rotondi.
